Fairlawn Jets (Sidney, OH) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Riverside Pirates (De Graff, OH), 66-45 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Fairlawn upgrades its record to 3-3 on the season. The Jets travel to Fort Loramie (Fort Loramie, OH) to play the Redskins in a Shelby County bout on Tuesday, January 19. The Redskins go into the bout with a record of 5-11.

Next up, the Pirates play the West Liberty-Salem Tigers (West Liberty, OH) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 19. Riverside will attempt to upgrade on its 5-6 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 12-2 record after their 58-52 league win over Triad (North Lewisburg, OH).
