Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Pocono Mountain East tops Delaware Valley
December 9, 2015: Milford, PA 18337 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Pocono Mountain East Cardinals (Swiftwater, PA) and the host Delaware Valley Warriors (Milford, PA), saw Pocono Mountain East's basketball squad knock off Delaware Valley by a tally of 65-54.
With the victory, Pocono Mountain East improves its record to 1-2 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to Emmaus (Emmaus, PA) to play the Hornets in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 11. The Hornets come into the challenge with a record of 2-0. Emmaus won 69-48 in their recent non-league challenge against Quakertown (Quakertown, PA)
Next up, the Warriors play the Pleasant Valley Bears (Brodheadsville, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 12. Delaware Valley will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record. The Bears come into the challenge with a 0-3 record after their 82-38 non-league loss to Allentown Central Catholic (Allentown, PA).
