New Jersey High School Basketball - Delran prevails Seneca
February 24, 2012: Delran, NJ 08075 Delran Bears (Delran, NJ) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Seneca Golden Eagles (Tabernacle, NJ), 61-50 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Delran upgrades its record to 17-4 on the season. The Bears travel to Haddon Heights (Haddon Heights, NJ) to play the Garnets in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 28. The Garnets go into the bout with a record of 11-15. Haddon Heights lost 48-33 in their recent non-league bout against Cherry Hill West (Cherry Hill, NJ)
Next up, the Golden Eagles play the Highland Regional Tartans (Blackwood, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Monday, February 27. Seneca will attempt to upgrade on its 21-5 season record.
