Missouri High School Basketball - Blue Eye nudges Omaha
January 28, 2019: Blue Eye, MO 65611 In Monday's non-league outing, the Blue Eye Bulldogs (Blue Eye, MO) basketball squad edged the visiting Omaha Eagles (Omaha, AR), by a margin of 55-48.
The Bulldogs (12-5) will now prepare for their outing against Sparta (Sparta, MO). The Trojans go into the Southwest Central outing with a 12-12 record. In their last outing, Sparta was tipped by Marissa (Marissa, IL), 61-60, in a non-league outing.
The Eagles now own a 14-12 record. They play next when they travel to Izard County for a 1A Region 2 outing on Wednesday, January 30. Omaha will clash with a Cougars squad coming off a 83-47 non-league win over Calico Rock (Calico Rock, AR). The Cougars record now stands at 30-4.
