In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Buckingham Knights basketball squad scored a close 51-49 victory over the Altavista Combined School Colonels.

With the victory, Buckingham upgrades its record to 4-0 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Liberty (Bedford, VA) to play the Minutemen in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, December 28. The Minutemen come into the challenge with a record of 4-5. Liberty lost 63-52 in their recent non-league challenge against Lancaster (Lancaster, VA)
