The McClain Mustangs basketball team scored 40 points and held the visiting St. Andrews Episcopal Saints to 37 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Mustangs now sport a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Coldwater for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 8.

The Saints (2-6) will now prepare for their contest against Loyd Star (Brookhaven, MS). The Hornets enter the non-league contest with a 1-7 record.
