Nevada High School Basketball - Hug prevails Reno

Hug Hawks (Reno, NV) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Reno Huskies (Reno, NV), 83-64 in a league bout.

With the win, Hug upgrades its record to 13-4 on the season. The Hawks travel to Douglas (Minden, NV) to encounter the Tigers in a I Northern - Sierra bout on Friday, January 11. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 9-7. Douglas won 61-51 in their recent league bout against Damonte Ranch (Reno, NV)

Next up, the Huskies encounter the Wooster Colts (Reno, NV) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 11. Reno will attempt to upgrade on its 4-10 season record. The Colts go into the bout with a 5-5 record after their 78-49 league loss to Galena (Reno, NV).
