The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Kiski Area Cavaliers (Vandergrift, PA) and the visiting Taylor Allderdice Dragons (Pittsburgh, PA), observed Kiski Area's football squad defeat Taylor Allderdice by a count of 24-9.

The Cavaliers now own a 1-0 record. They play next when they host Shaler Area for a WPIAL 6A contest on Friday, August 31. Kiski Area will encounter a Titans squad coming off a 34-21 non-league win over New Castle (New Castle, PA). The Titans record now stands at 1-0.
