In Tuesday's league outing, the East Columbus Gators (Lake Waccamaw, NC) basketball squad edged the visiting Red Springs Red Devils (Red Springs, NC), by a margin of 29-28.

The Gators (3-2) will now prepare for their outing against South Columbus (Tabor City, NC). The Stallions go into the outing with a 1-1 record. In their last outing, South Columbus held off West Columbus (Cerro Gordo, NC), 37-36, in a league outing.

The Red Devils now own a 3-3 record. They play next when they host South Robeson for a outing on Friday, December 15.
