The Warriors (4-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Clinton (Clinton, OK). The Red Tornadoes come into the 4A District 1 challenge with a 6-1 record. In their last challenge, Clinton knocked off Elk City (Elk City, OK), 41-14, in a league challenge.
The Owls now sport a 1-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Chickasha for a 4A District 1 challenge on Thursday, October 18. Elgin will meet a Fighting Chicks team coming off a 27-20 league loss to Weatherford (Weatherford, OK). The Fighting Chicks record now stands at 3-4.
