The Scott County Cardinals held off the visiting Ryle Raiders football team by a count of 42-40 in Friday's non-league outing.

With the win, Scott County upgrades its record to 11-2 on the season. The Cardinals travel to Lafayette (Lexington, KY) to confront the Generals in a non-league outing on Friday, November 25. The Generals go into the outing with a record of 12-1. Lafayette won 63-41 in their recent non-league outing against Simon Kenton (Independence, KY)

With the loss, Ryle moves to 12-1 on the season.
