October 26, 2012: Metairie, LA 70001 The East Jefferson Warriors (Metairie, LA) football nudged the visiting St. Augustine Purple Knights (New Orleans, LA), 26-21 in Friday's league bout.
In their next game, the Warriors clash with the Holy Cross Tigers (New Orleans, LA) in a 4A District 10 bout, on Friday, November 2. East Jefferson will attempt to move on its 7-1 season record. The Tigers enter the bout with a 6-2 record after their 41-16 league win over Riverdale (Jefferson, LA).
The Purple Knights (6-3) will now prepare for their bout against McDonogh (New Orleans, LA). The Trojans enter the non-league bout with a 0-8 record. In their last bout, McDonogh was nudged by McMain (New Orleans, LA), 42-0, in a league bout.
