February 28, 2009: El Paso, TX 79915 Spectators at Saturday's non-league battle between the Riverside Rangers (El Paso, TX) and the visiting Burbank Bulldogs (San Antonio, TX), saw Riverside's baseball squad knock off Burbank by a count of 7-1.
Coming up next, the Rangers play the Steele Knights (Cibolo, TX) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, February 28. Riverside will attempt to move on its 5-0 season record. The Knights enter the battle with a 3-0 record after their 5-1 non-league win over Kennedy (San Antonio, TX).
The Bulldogs now possess a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to South San Antonio for a non-league battle on Tuesday, March 3. Burbank will play a Bobcats squad coming off a 8-4 non-league loss to San Antonio Central Catholic (San Antonio, TX). The Bobcats record now stands at 2-4.
