Walnut Ridge Scots (Columbus, OH) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Africentric Early College Nubians (Columbus, OH), 80-47 in a league bout.

With the win, Walnut Ridge upgrades its record to 4-2 on the season. The Scots travel to Case Western Reserve (Cleveland, OH) to play the in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 12. The go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Nubians play the Independence 76ers (Columbus, OH) in a Columbus City - South bout, on Tuesday, January 12. Africentric Early College will attempt to upgrade on its 5-4 season record.
