The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the The Woodlands Highlanders (The Woodlands, TX) and the visiting Centennial Titans (Frisco, TX), saw The Woodlands's volleyball squad nip Centennial by a tally of 2-1.

With the win, The Woodlands upgrades its record to 15-2 on the year. The Highlanders travel to Prosper (Prosper, TX) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Saturday, August 20. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 11-4. Prosper lost 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Lovejoy (Lucas, TX)

The Titans now own a 13-4 record. They play next when they host Heritage for a non-league match on Tuesday, August 23. Centennial will clash with a Panthers squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Boswell (Fort Worth, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 8-2.
