The North Saxons tipped the visiting Torrance Tartars basketball team by a final score of 82-79 in Wednesday's league game.

In their next game, the Saxons face the South Spartans (Torrance, CA) in a Pioneer game, on Friday, January 22. North will attempt to move on its 10-10 season record. The Spartans enter the game with a 3-17 record after their 65-56 league loss to El Segundo (El Segundo, CA).
