Game Summary
What a difference a day makes. After a game of happy batting on Monday versus Roosevelt, the Eagle rock softball team, in the face of a strong performance by Sun Valley Poly's pitcher junior Sylvette Rodriguez, could manage but a trio of those trips aboard the base pads. Coupled with two quick errors on routine plays after a lead off walk in the 2nd inning, the game was willed out of reach by the Lady Eagles as no hook nor crook could raise a head off the desk. The lone bright spot at the plate for the Eagles was senior Vicky Delgado's 2 for 3 performance including a left field line triple that ultimately accounted for the teams only run. The team falls to 3-3 in pre-season play with their first road loss.
