Kentucky High School Basketball - Liberty Tech Magnet succumbs to Christian County
December 12, 2009: Hopkinsville, KY 42240 The Christian County Colonels topped the visiting Liberty Tech Magnet Crusaders basketball team by a final score of 67-58 in Saturday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Colonels face the University Heights Blazers (Hopkinsville, KY) in a District 8 game, on Tuesday, December 15. Christian County will attempt to move on its 4-0 season record. The Blazers enter the game with a 3-2 record after their 86-51 non-league win over Caldwell County (Princeton, KY).
With the defeat, Liberty Tech Magnet moves to 2-4 on the year. The Crusaders host Fayette Ware (Somerville, TN) to face the Wildcats in a AA District 14 game on Friday, December 18. The Wildcats enter the game with a record of 1-1.
