New Hanover (Wilmington, NC) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team nip the visiting Hoggard Vikings (Wilmington, NC), 6-2 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, New Hanover improves its record to 8-2 on the campaign. The travel to Southeast Raleigh (Raleigh, NC) to confront the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Friday, November 11. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 9-2. Southeast Raleigh won 34-22 in their recent non-league test against Rose (Greenville, NC)

With the loss, Hoggard drops to 7-4 on the campaign.
