Alabama High School Basketball - Elba holds off Daleville
December 6, 2016: Daleville, AL 36322 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Elba Tigers (Elba, AL) and the host Daleville Warhawks (Daleville, AL), saw Elba's basketball squad hold off Daleville by a tally of 63-61.
With the victory, Elba improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Tigers host Straughn (Andalusia, AL) to confront the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 9. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 3-0. Straughn won 41-30 in their recent non-league challenge against Red Level (Red Level, AL)
Next up, the Warhawks confront the Rehobeth Rebels (Dothan, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, December 12. Daleville will attempt to improve on its 2-1 season record. The Rebels come into the challenge with a 5-3 record after their 97-93 non-league loss to Headland (Headland, AL).
