The State College Little Lions baseball team scored 12 runs and limited the visiting Altoona Lions to 2 in the Little Lions league victory on Saturday.

The Little Lions (10-4) will now prepare for their match against Jersey Shore (Jersey Shore, PA). The Bulldogs go into the non-league match with a 11-5 record.

The Lions (7-9) will now prepare for their match against DuBois (DuBois, PA). The Beavers go into the District 9 match with a 8-4 record. In their last match, DuBois was overwhelmed by Philipsburg-Osceola (Philipsburg, PA), 8-7, in a non-league match.
