In Saturday's non-league match, the host Lynwood Knights basketball team scored a tight 61-58 triumph over the Valencia Vikings.

In their next game, the Knights meet the Windward Wildcats (Los Angeles, CA) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, March 3. Lynwood will attempt to move on its 17-8 season record. The Wildcats enter the match with a 18-9 record after their 65-36 non-league win over Chino Hills (Chino Hills, CA).
