October 6, 2006: Holton, KS 66436 The Jefferson County North Chargers toppled the host Jackson Heights Cobras football squad by a final score of 34-14 in Friday's league outing.
The Chargers now sport a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to McLouth for a Delaware Valley outing on Friday, October 13. Jefferson County North will confront a Bulldogs squad coming off a 43-13 league loss to Pleasant Ridge (Easton, KS). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-3.
With the defeat, Jackson Heights moves to 4-2 on the campaign. The Cobras travel to Valley Falls (Valley Falls, KS) to confront the Dragons in a Delaware Valley outing on Friday, October 13.
