Richland Rams (Johnstown, PA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Homer-Center Wildcats (Homer City, PA), 70-56 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Richland upgrades its record to 7-1 on the season. The Rams host Conemaugh Township (Davidsville, PA) to play the Indians in a non-league bout on Friday, December 29. The Indians go into the bout with a record of 3-5. Conemaugh Township won 60-43 in their recent non-league bout against Conemaugh Valley (Johnstown, PA)

Next up, the Wildcats play the Conemaugh Valley Bluejays (Johnstown, PA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 29. Homer-Center will attempt to upgrade on its 4-2 season record. The Bluejays go into the bout with a 1-6 record after their 60-43 non-league loss to Conemaugh Township (Davidsville, PA).
