Clinton Arrows (Clinton, MS) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host DeSoto Central Jaguars (Southaven, MS), 55-51 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Clinton upgrades its record to 9-19 on the campaign. The Arrows travel to Columbus (Columbus, MS) to play the Falcons in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 24. The Falcons come into the bout with a record of 23-6. Columbus won 56-25 in their recent non-league bout against Oxford (Oxford, MS)
