Spectators at Thursday's non-league match between the Oakmont Vikings (Roseville, CA) and the host Armijo Indians (Fairfield, CA), witnessed Oakmont's softball squad tip Armijo by a count of 6-4.

The Vikings now sport a 4-1 record. They play next when they travel to Colfax for a non-league match on Thursday, March 7.

With the loss, Armijo moves to 4-3 on the season. The Indians travel to Inderkum (Sacramento, CA) to meet the Tigers in a non-league match on Thursday, March 7. The Tigers go into the match with a record of 2-0. Inderkum won 17-2 in their recent non-league match against Johnson (Sacramento, CA)
