The DeSoto Central Jaguars basketball team (Southaven, MS), was toppled 67-53 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Center Hill Mustangs (Olive Branch, MS)

The Mustangs now possess a 7-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Senatobia for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 3. Center Hill will confront a Warriors team coming off a 57-48 non-league win over Germantown (Madison, MS). The Warriors record now stands at 5-9.

The Jaguars (5-7) will now prepare for their battle against Oxford (Oxford, MS). The Chargers come into the non-league battle with a 9-5 record. In their last battle, Oxford beat Jefferson City (Jefferson City, MO), 73-67, in a non-league battle.
