Washington High School Football - Chimacum drops to Cascade Christian
September 23, 2016: Chimacum, WA 98325 In Friday's league game, the Cascade Christian Cougars (Puyallup, WA) football team knocked off the host Chimacum Cowboys (Chimacum, WA), by a score of 47-17.
The Cougars (4-0) will now prepare for their game against Klahowya (Silverdale, WA). The Eagles come into the 1A Nisqually game with a 3-1 record. In their last game, Klahowya toppled Vashon Island (Vashon Island, WA), 35-14, in a league game.
The Cowboys now sport a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Port Townsend for a 1A Nisqually game on Friday, September 30. Chimacum will battle a Redhawks team coming off a 61-14 league win over Bellevue Christian (Clyde Hill, WA). The Redhawks record now stands at 2-2.
