The Western Pioneers baseball team (Anaheim, CA), was overwhelmed 5-0 in Saturday's non-league test with the host El Toro Chargers (Lake Forest, CA)

With the win, El Toro upgrades its record to 5-3 on the season. The Chargers host Capistrano Valley (Mission Viejo, CA) to battle the Cougars in a South Coast test on Monday, March 28. The Cougars come into the test with a record of 4-4. Capistrano Valley lost 10-2 in their recent non-league test against Los Alamitos (Los Alamitos, CA)

With the defeat, Western falls to 3-7 on the season. The Pioneers host El Modena (Orange, CA) to battle the Vanguards in a non-league test on Wednesday, March 30. The Vanguards come into the test with a record of 4-6.
