In Friday's league outing, the Forest Hill Patriots (Jackson, MS) basketball squad beat the host Brandon Bulldogs (Brandon, MS), by a margin of 65-56.

The Patriots (9-8) will now prepare for their outing against Murrah (Jackson, MS). The Mustangs go into the non-league outing with a 11-8 record. In their last outing, Murrah was topped by Madison Central (Madison, MS), 54-47, in a non-league outing.
