The Creekview Grizzlies topped the visiting Sequoyah Chiefs basketball team by a final score of 62-51 in Saturday's league game.

In their next game, the Grizzlies face the South Forsyth War Eagles (Cumming, GA) in a 7-AAAA game, on Tuesday, January 24. Creekview will attempt to better on its 7-4 season record. The War Eagles come into the contest with a 3-7 record after their 51-45 league loss to Sequoyah (Canton, GA).

The Chiefs (10-10) will now prepare for their contest against Cass (Cartersville, GA). The Colonels come into the 7-AAAA contest with a 4-6 record. In their last contest, Cass was defeated by Forsyth Central (Cumming, GA), 67-61, in a league contest.
