October 30, 2015: Franklinton, LA 70438 The Franklinton Demons football team (Franklinton, LA), was tipped 19-14 in Friday's non-league challenge with the visiting Jesuit Bluejays (New Orleans, LA)
The Bluejays (5-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Brother Martin (New Orleans, LA). The Crusaders go into the 5A District 9 outing with a 7-2 record. In their last outing, Brother Martin edged Archbishop Shaw (Marrero, LA), 42-21, in a league outing.
With the loss, Franklinton moves to 6-3 on the season. The Demons travel to Pearl River (Pearl River, LA) to encounter the Rebels in a 4A District 8 outing on Friday, November 6. The Rebels go into the outing with a record of 4-5. Pearl River lost 53-7 in their recent league outing against Lakeshore (Mandeville, LA)
