Michigan High School Basketball - Goodrich fells Frankenmuth
February 15, 2013: Goodrich, MI 48438 Goodrich Martians (Goodrich, MI) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Frankenmuth Eagles (Frankenmuth, MI), 53-44 in a non-league bout.
In their next game, the Martians face the Lakeville Falcons (Otisville, MI) in a Genesee Area - Red game, on Tuesday, February 19. Goodrich will attempt to move on its 14-4 season record. The Falcons enter the game with a 5-11 record after their 77-64 non-league loss to Millington (Millington, MI).
With the defeat, Frankenmuth moves to 14-2 on the year. The Eagles travel to Bridgeport (Bridgeport, MI) to face the Bearcats in a Tri-Valley - East game on Tuesday, February 19. The Bearcats enter the game with a record of 10-7. Bridgeport won 58-53 in their recent league game against Garber (Essexville, MI)
