In Thursday's non-league game, the host Central Grizzlies baseball team scored a tight 8-7 victory over the Liberty Hawks.

The Grizzlies (7-2) will now prepare for their outing against Reedley (Reedley, CA). The Pirates go into the non-league outing with a 5-2 record. In their last outing, Reedley edged Tulare Union (Tulare, CA), 9-2, in a non-league outing.
