Wheelersburg Pirates (Wheelersburg, OH) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Piketon Redstreaks (Piketon, OH), 66-50 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Wheelersburg upgrades its record to 21-3 on the season. The Pirates travel to Harvest Prep (Canal Winchester, OH) to play the Warriors in a non-league bout on Wednesday, March 14. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 27-0. Harvest Prep won 64-48 in their recent non-league bout against Bishop Ready (Columbus, OH)
