Duluth Wildcats (Duluth, GA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Mill Creek Hawks (Hoschton, GA), 52-46 in a league bout.

With the win, Duluth upgrades its record to 5-1 on the season. The Wildcats host Mountain View (Lawrenceville, GA) to play the Bears in a AAAAAA Region 7 bout on Friday, December 5. The Bears enter the game with a record of 2-3. Mountain View won 76-64 in their recent non-league game against Jefferson (Jefferson, GA)

With the defeat, Mill Creek moves to 2-2 on the year. The Hawks travel to Collins Hill (Suwanee, GA) to face the Eagles in a AAAAAA Region 7 game on Friday, December 5. The Eagles enter the game with a record of 2-1. Collins Hill won 92-50 in their recent non-league game against North Springs (Atlanta, GA)
