September 2, 2011: Mechanicsville, VA 23116 In Friday's non-league contest, the Atlee Raiders (Mechanicsville, VA) volleyball squad were winner over the visiting Colonial Forge Eagles (Stafford, VA), by a margin of 3-0.
Next up, the Raiders battle the Powhatan Indians (Powhatan, VA) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, September 7. Atlee will attempt to better on its 4-0 season record.
With the loss, Colonial Forge moves to 1-2 on the year. The Eagles travel to Brooke Point (Stafford, VA) to battle the Black Hawks in a AAA Commonwealth contest on Tuesday, September 6. The Black Hawks go into the contest with a record of 0-1. Brooke Point lost 3-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Forest Park (Woodbridge, VA)
