Oklahoma High School Basketball - Community Christian edges Crescent
January 22, 2011: Norman, OK 73072 The Community Christian Royals (Norman, OK) basketball nipped the visiting Crescent Tigers (Crescent, OK), 39-34 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Royals (8-4) will now prepare for their test against Family of Faith Christian (Shawnee, OK). The Warriors go into the Oklahoma Christian Schools test with a 1-4 record. In their last test, Family of Faith Christian was tipped by Destiny Christian (Del City, OK), 47-31, in a league test.
The Tigers now own a 0-16 record. They take the field next when they host Thomas-Fay-Custer for a Three Rivers - Western test on Tuesday, January 25. Crescent will clash with a Terriers squad coming off a 45-36 non-league loss to Canute (Canute, OK). The Terriers record now stands at 12-1.
