The Haverford Township Fords football squad scored 40 points and restricted the visiting Lower Merion Aces to 7 in the Fords league victory on Friday.

The Fords now possess a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Springfield for a Central battle on Friday, September 23. Haverford Township will face a Cougars squad coming off a 34-0 league win over Penncrest (Media, PA). The Cougars record now stands at 3-0.
