The Academy of Holy Angels Stars basketball team (Richfield, MN), was overwhelmed 96-63 in Thursday's league battle with the host DeLaSalle Islanders (Minneapolis, MN)

The Islanders now possess a 10-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sun Prairie for a non-league battle on Saturday, January 19. DeLaSalle will confront a Cardinals team coming off a 69-41 non-league win over Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln (Wisconsin Rapids, WI). The Cardinals record now stands at 9-5.
