Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Raritan Rockets (Hazlet, NJ) and the host Matawan Regional Huskies (Aberdeen, NJ), saw Raritan's basketball squad knock off Matawan Regional by a score of 49-35.

With the victory, Raritan improves its record to 14-5 on the campaign. The Rockets travel to Manchester Township (Lakehurst, NJ) to play the Hawks in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 24. The Hawks come into the challenge with a record of 10-8.

Next up, the Huskies play the Pinelands Regional Wildcats (Tuckerton, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, February 11. Matawan Regional will attempt to improve on its 6-11 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 3-19 record after their 61-48 non-league loss to Southern Regional (Manahawkin, NJ).
