The Helix Highlanders volleyball team (La Mesa, CA), was dropped 2-0 in Friday's non-league challenge with the host Poway Titans (Poway, CA)

The Titans (10-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Mission Hills (San Marcos, CA). The Grizzlies enter the non-league challenge with a 6-8 record. In their last challenge, Mission Hills was dropped by Carlsbad (Carlsbad, CA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Highlanders meet the Valhalla Norsemen (El Cajon, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, April 18. Helix will attempt to move on its 15-8 season record. The Norsemen enter the challenge with a 9-4 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Escondido (Escondido, CA).
