December 5, 2017: Granbury, TX 76048 In Tuesday's non-league outing, the North Central Texas Academy Pioneers (Granbury, TX) basketball squad edged the visiting Kopperl Eagles (Kopperl, TX), by a count of 43-38.
The Pioneers (1-4) will now prepare for their outing against Santo (Santo, TX). The Wildcats go into the non-league outing with a 2-6 record. In their last outing, Santo was tipped by Merkel (Merkel, TX), 44-30, in a non-league outing.
The Eagles now hold a 1-6 record. They play next when they travel to Bosqueville for a non-league outing on Friday, December 8. Kopperl will clash with a Bulldogs squad coming off a 35-23 non-league loss to Randolph (Universal City, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-3.
