Texas High School Basketball - Clint knocked off by Mountain View

January 22, 2016: Clint, TX 79836

The Mountain View Lobos basketball team scored 42 points and held the host Clint Lions to 24 in the Lobos league triumph on Friday.

The Lobos now sport a 10-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fabens for a 4A Region I District 3 contest on Tuesday, January 26. Mountain View will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 51-36 non-league win over Loretto (El Paso, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 14-6.

The Lions (12-12) will now prepare for their contest against San Elizario (San Elizario, TX). The Eagles enter the 4A Region I District 3 game with a 2-17 record. In their last game, San Elizario knocked off Faith Christian (El Paso, TX), 50-18, in a non-league game.
