The Rams (4-1) will now prepare for their challenge against St. James (Montgomery, AL). The Trojans come into the 4A Region 2 challenge with a 3-2 record. In their last challenge, St. James nipped Montgomery Academy (Montgomery, AL), 27-14, in a non-league challenge.
The Lions now sport a 0-5 record. They take the field next when they host Ariton for a 2A Region 3 challenge on Friday, September 30. Houston County will meet a Purple Cats team coming off a 37-8 non-league win over New Brockton (New Brockton, AL). The Purple Cats record now stands at 3-2.
