Kerman Lions (Kerman, CA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Hoover Patriots (Fresno, CA), 64-51 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Kerman upgrades its record to 4-1 on the season. The Lions travel to Golden West (Visalia, CA) to play the Trailblazers in a non-league bout on Friday, December 8. The Trailblazers go into the bout with a record of 4-1. Golden West won 61-36 in their recent non-league bout against Orosi (Orosi, CA)

Next up, the Patriots play the Kingsburg Vikings (Kingsburg, CA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 8. Hoover will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Vikings go into the bout with a 5-3 record after their 68-58 non-league loss to Hanford West (Hanford, CA).
