October 1, 2016: Hauppauge, NY 11788 The East Islip Redmen smashed the host Hauppauge Eagles football team by a final score of 35-0 in Saturday's league game.
The Redmen (3-1) will now prepare for their game against Kings Park (Kings Park, NY). The Kingsmen come into the Section 11 Division III game with a 2-2 record. In their last game, Kings Park overwhelmed Comsewogue (Port Jefferson Station, NY), 34-0, in a league game.
The Eagles now hold a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they host Westhampton Beach for a Section 11 Division III game on Friday, October 7. Hauppauge will battle a Hurricanes team coming off a 40-8 league win over Islip (Islip, NY). The Hurricanes record now stands at 4-0.
