In Friday's league match, the visiting Central Plains Oilers basketball team scored a decisive 74-17 triumph over the LaCrosse Leopards.

In their next game, the Oilers meet the Ness City Eagles (Ness City, KS) in a Central Prairie match, on Tuesday, February 13. Central Plains will attempt to better on its 17-0 season record. The Eagles enter the match with a 0-17 record after their 37-28 league loss to Otis-Bison (Otis, KS).
