October 21, 2016: Williamstown, WV 26187 The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Williamstown Yellowjackets (Williamstown, WV) and the visiting Parkersburg Catholic Crusaders (Parkersburg, WV), observed Williamstown's football squad defeat Parkersburg Catholic by a count of 41-12.
The Yellowjackets now own a 7-2 record. They play next when they travel to Tolsia for a non-league contest on Friday, November 4.
Coming up next, the Crusaders encounter the Gilmer County Titans (Glenville, WV) in a Little Kanawha contest, on Friday, October 28. Parkersburg Catholic will attempt to upgrade on its 3-5 season record. The Titans go into the contest with a 8-0 record after their 55-6 non-league win over Hannan (Ashton, WV).
