California High School Volleyball - Crean Lutheran Fountain Valley
September 9, 2016: Fountain Valley, CA 92708 The Fountain Valley Barons prevailed the visiting Crean Lutheran Saints volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Friday's non-league test.
The Barons now have a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Woodrow Wilson for a non-league test on Saturday, September 10. Fountain Valley will confront a Bruins team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Crean Lutheran (Irvine, CA). The Bruins record now stands at 5-3.
The Saints (1-2) will now prepare for their test against Brethren Christian (Huntington Beach, CA). The Warriors enter the Academy test with a 2-3 record. In their last test, Brethren Christian dropped by Oxford Academy (Cypress, CA), 3-1, in a league test.
